The buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to guides, templates, PDFs, courses, recordings, devotionals, downloads, and online materials, are non-refundable. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the purchase is completed.

1:1 Coaching & Mentorship
All 1:1 coaching sessions, mentorship programs, strategy calls, prophetic coffee chat consulting sessions, and private containers are non-refundable.
When purchasing coaching services, you are reserving dedicated time, energy, preparation, and availability. Because of this commitment, payments made are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a 1:1 session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session.

Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services or products already delivered, accessed, scheduled, or completed.

Agreement
By purchasing from Savanah Willow Co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refund Policy in full.
